Abdul Thunayan is a seasoned management executive with 30 years of experience leading operations and marketing strategy for $200 million+ enterprises. Currently, he is the founder/CEO of Ayan Investments ,a diversified holding company spanning retail, hospitality, and real estate development.
Thunayan's entrepreneurial ventures include successful hospitality franchises such as Ayan Hotel, Tajreed Hotel, Tajreed Rooftop, ViruKits during the pandemic, and Danah Café Lounges; Fitness Zone, state-of-the-art fitness centers in Saudi Arabia; and Home Way Interiors, an interior design and architecture firm. His past retail projects include the retail expansion of Thailand’s leading furniture manufacturers in Saudi Arabia, and Oasis Resort and Amusement Park, a 400,000 square foot amusement park.
Thunayan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The American University in Washington, D.C. He also completed an Executive Course on Operations Management at the Lebanese American University in Beirut.
